As an Australian-based nutrition specialist, I’ve dedicated over a decade to assisting overwhelmed
and undereducated mothers. Along-side my nutrition certification I am also a TRAINED Yoga and
exercise instructor. I am an avid lover of dancing and obsessed with understanding the workings of
the female body. I am blessed to have learnt from countless holistic world experts on health and
